Instructions for Dipping with Melting Wafers: Add Hoosier Hill Farm White Melting Wafers to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals on 50% power, stirring in between intervals, until wafers are completely melted. Dip treats directly into the melted candy wafers, allowing excess to drip off, then set on a plate or baking sheet lined with wax paper, parchment, or a silicone baking mat. If desired, top dipped treats with sprinkles, chopped nuts, or cookie crumbles while coating is still warm. The coating will harden at room temperature, so there’s no need to chill before serving. Store any leftover dipped treats in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. We do not recommend freezing melting wafers.
