Hoosier Hill Farm Butter Powder is a delicious and versatile ingredient made with real butter churned from sweet cream. A great addition to soups, sauces, and homemade mixes, our Butter Powder is made with 100% hormone-free milk, contains no fillers, and is naturally gluten-free.

How To Use: Add to baking mixes for muffins, pancakes, cookies, and cake to add rich flavor. Sprinkle over steamed vegetables or mix with salt for an easy popcorn topping. Use in frostings and fillings for baked goods to achieve a stiff, pipeable consistency without adding extra sugar.

Making Butter from Butter Powder: Mix 1/2 cup of powder with 2 tablespoons of cold water in a small bowl. Use a fork or a small whisk to stir until smooth and thick to make 1/4 cup of soft, spreadable butter. If the consistency is too thin, add more powder 1 teaspoon at a time.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place for maximum shelf life. We do not recommend refrigerating or freezing powdered butter.
