The Big Daddy Mac and Cheese Recipe: In a small saucepan, heat 1/4 cup of milk and 4 tablespoons of butter or margarine over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the butter is melted. Whisk in 1/3 cup Hoosier Hill Farm Big Daddy Mac Mix. Add 1-1 1/2 cups of your favorite cooked pasta (we like elbow macaroni) to the sauce and stir to combine.
