Agar Agar is a natural vegan, plant-based additive that is prepared from red algae and acts as a gelatin with high gelling properties. In Japan, where Agar Agar is known as Kanten, the dietary fiber is added to everything from soups to noodles to desserts.
Try adding it to fruit syrups to make a fruit gummy treat or use it to make your own vegan cheese.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. We do not recommend refrigeration or freezing.
