Sour Cream Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lemon/lime flavored soda
  • Make 1 cup sour cream by mixing 10 Tbsp of Hoosier Hill Farm Sour Cream Powder and 6 Tbsp of cold water
  • 4 cups of flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Step one: Preheat the oven to 400 F.

Step two: Mix the wet ingredients and gradually add the dry ingredients.

Step three: Roll the dough on a floured surface and cut with a biscuit cutter or glass rim.

Step four: Bake for 20 minutes.

For variations, you may want to add cheddar cheese powder, smoked black pepper, dill weed, or whole sweet basil.
