Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 1/2 Tbsp Hoosier Hill Farm Worcestershire Sauce Powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Hoosier Hill Farm Hickory Smoke Powder
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 onion, grated, with juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 lbs chicken breast, boneless and skinless
- Buns of choice

Instructions
Step one: Whisk together all of the sauce ingredients in a 5 to 6 qt crock pot.
Step two: Add all of the chicken breasts to the crock pot and turn to coat in sauce. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours OR on high for 3 to 4 hours. The chicken should be fully cooked to 165F and easy to shred.
Step three: Remove chicken to a cutting board and shred each breast. Return shredded chicken to the crock pot and stir to coat.
Step four: Serve on a bun with your choice of toppings and enjoy!
