- 2 cups dry roasted whole almonds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp Hoosier Hill Farm Citric Acid

Step one: Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F.
Step two: Measure out almonds and set aside.
Step three: Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet and add all the spices besides the salt and citric acid. Cook for 3 minutes or until aromatic.
Step four: Add almonds and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes then roast in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step five: Sprinkle the almonds with salt and citric acid. Let cool and enjoy!
