Marzipan Truffles
Ingredients
- Hoosier Hill Farm Marzipan Paste
- Hoosier Hill Farm Chocolate Melting Wafers
- Optional: White Chocolate Melting Wafers

Instructions
Step one: Take a small tablespoon size piece of marzipan and roll it into a smooth ball.
Step two: Melt Hoosier Hill Farm Chocolate Melting Wafers in the microwave until smooth.
Step three: Using a fork, dip each ball into the chocolate until completely coated. Allow excess chocolate to drip off before putting the ball down to dry to prevent a ring forming on the bottom of the truffle.
Step four: Place all the balls on parchment paper and put in the refrigerator to set.
Step five: Optional: Melt white chocolate melting wafers and put in a piping bag. Drizzle the white chocolate over your truffles.
