Jalapeño Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

Instructions

Step one: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray 9″x 13″ baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Step two: In a medium-sized bowl, mix together cooked, shredded chicken with one cup of shredded cheese along with salt, pepper and Adobo seasoning.

Step three: Place chicken mixture into each of the tortillas.

Step four: Roll them all up and place them in the prepared baking dish.

Step five: To make sauce: In a small or medium saucepan, bring water to boil. After water is boiling, remove from heat. Add Hoosier Hill Farm Jalapeño Cheddar Cheese Sauce Mix to boiling water. Whisk sauce mixture until smooth. Stir in green chiles.

Step six: Take sauce off the heat and pour it over the enchiladas.

Step seven: Top with shredded cheese.

Step eight: Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is slightly browned.

Step nine: If you’d like, you can turn the broiler on high and broil these for a minute or two until the cheese is slightly browned and bubbly.

Step ten: Let cool and Enjoy these Jalapeño Cheese Chicken Enchiladas!
