Honey Crusted Pork Tenderloin with Apples
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Marjoram
1/2 tsp 1/2 Cracked Black Peppercorns
1/4 tsp Ground Coriander
1/4 tsp Mustard Powder
1/4 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 Pork Tenderloin
2 Medium Sized Apples
Step one: Line a small oven-safe dish or skillet with aluminum foil.
Step two: Mix olive oil with thyme, marjoram, black peppercorns, coriander, mustard powder and paprika.
Step three: Rub paste over tenderloin and let rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step four: Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Step five: Sprinkle Honey Powder over top of pork to form a crust.
Step six: Add apples around base of pork in the pan.
Step seven: Roast pork in the oven for 20 minutes until cooked. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
