Making homemade cheese crackers is both delicious and fun! Check out this recipe and easily make your own homemade cheese crackers with Hoosier Hill Farm Cheddar Cheese Powder. These crackers make for the perfect snack anytime!

Instructions

Step one: Mix 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of the Hoosier Hill Cheddar Cheese Powder, and 1 tsp of salt into a small bowl and whisk together.

Step two: Next, add your room temperature butter and water to the bowl and mix until the dough forms. Shape the dough into a small disk and wrap in plastic wrap.

Step three: Pop in the fridge for 1 hour.

Step four: Once the dough is ready, you need to roll it out very thin.

Step five: From there, shape your cheese crackers and place it on your parchment paper 2 inches apart.

Step six: Cook at 375 for for 13 minutes and toss in extra cheddar cheese. Serve once they’re crunchy.
