Ingredients
- 3 cups grape juice
- 3 ½ cups sugar
- 6 Tbsp Hoosier Hill Farm Fruit Pectin

Step one: Mix the juice with the fruit pectin in a large saucepan over high heat and quickly bring the mixture to a hard boil. Stir occasionally.
Step two: Immediately add all the sugar and stir.
Step three: Bring to a full rolling boil (a boil that can’t be stirred down). Boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Step four: Remove from the heat and skim off the foam with a metal spoon.
Step five: Pour quickly into sterilized jelly jars. ( fill to 1/2″ of top )
Step six: With a wet dish towel, wipe the ring of the jar clean from any jelly spillage and put on the cap and screw band on firmly tight.
Step seven: Process in a boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
