Easy Clear Jel Gravy
Ingredients
- 2 cups turkey, chicken, or mushroom stock
- 2 Tbsp + 1 tsp Hoosier Hill Farm Clear Jel Powder (cook-type)
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ tsp. poultry seasoning
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. onion powder
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- Salt (to taste)

Step one: Heat the stock in a medium saucepan over high heat until boiling. Remove from heat
and set aside.
Step two: In a small bowl, whisk Clear Jel and milk until no lumps remain.
Step three: Stir Clear Jel mixture into hot broth, then return the pan to medium-high heat and
bring to a simmer.
Step four: Stir in the poultry seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Season to
taste with salt. Simmer for 2-3 more minutes. Enjoy!
