Dry Steak Rub
- 1 tsp Hoosier Hill Farm Worcestershire Powder
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp ginger
Step one: Stir together all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl until well combined.
Step two: Sprinkle on top of 3-4 steaks and rub seasoning in with finger tips. Repeat with both sides.
Step three: Allow meat to sit for 10-15 minutes while your grill heats up.
