- ½ cup all purpose flour
- ½ cup cake flour
- ⅓ cup Hoosier Hill Farm Whole Milk Powder
- 3 Tbsp Hoosier Hill Farm Old-Fashioned Malted Milk Powder
- 2 Tbsp Hoosier Hill Farm Real Butter Powder
- 2 Tbsp Hoosier Hill Farm Buttermilk Powder
- 4 tsp Sugar
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp baking soda
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¾ cup + 3 Tbsp Water
- 1 egg
Step one: Mix together all dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
Step two: Add egg and water to the dry ingredients, whisk until combined.
Step three: Heat up either a pan or griddle, use about ⅓ cup of pancake batter for each pancake.
Step four: Cook until golden brown on one side and flip.
Step five: Repeat with remaining pancake batter.
