Buttermilk Banana Bread

- 2 Tbsp Hoosier Hill Farm Buttermilk Powder
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 ripe bananas mashed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup water
Step one: Preheat oven to 325 degrees and prepare your loaf pan.
Step two: In a stand mixer, beat together butter and granulated sugar. Beat in eggs one by one.
Step three: Stir mashed bananas, vanilla, and water into the butter mixture.
Step four: In a separate bowl, whisk together all of the powdered ingredients including Hoosier Hill Farm Buttermilk Powder.
Step five: Stir dry ingredients into the banana mixture and mix until combined.
Step six: Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour – 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. When done baking let banana bread cool for 2 mins before eating.
