Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Hoosier Hill Farm Cheddar Cheese Powder
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups low sodium chicken or veggie stock
- 2 cups milk or heavy cream
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 large head of broccoli, cut into small pieces

Instructions
Step one: Melt butter in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add in onions and cook until soft.
Step two: Whisk in flour and cheese powder, cook for about 1 minute.
Step three: Pour in stock, milk, and spices. Whisk until all of the powder is dissolved and bring to a simmer.
Step four: Stir in broccoli forest and cook to preferred softness.
