What are the criteria to become a wholesale customer?
Our wholesale program is designed for businesses who use our products as ingredients. If you are interested in purchasing products in bulk for use in your kitchen, bakery, store, etc, please click visit our Wholesale page to fill out a request to be a wholesale customer. Once you submit your request, our team will review your eligibility for approval.

How can I become a reseller of Hoosier Hill Farm product?
We appreciate your interest in doing business with Hoosier Hill Farm. Currently, we are not seeking any reselling partners for our product. Our existing wholesale program is intended for companies that use our bulk product as ingredients

What happened to the bonus points program?
We made the difficult decision to end the Bonus Points program earlier this year. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We will continue to communicate via e-mail, social media, and/or the website any special events or promotions that will be running in the future.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Do you accept SNAP/EBT as payment?
At this time, we do not accept SNAP/EBT cards as payment.
Shipping
Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
We ship within the Continental U.S. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Do you ship to Canada?
At this time, we do not ship to Canada.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Hoosier Hill Farm will process all orders from our website within 5 business days of an order being placed. Please allow for standard shipping ETAs to your ship-to-location from the Midwest upon notice that your shipping label has been created/shipped.
How much will it cost to ship?
Hoosier Hill Farm offers free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

I received the wrong, damaged, or expired product.

Who do I contact if I have questions or concerns with an order placed on another website (Amazon.com, Walmart.com, etc.)?
We ask that our customers first attempt to resolve any questions or concerns with the retailer you purchased the product from. If purchased from Amazon.com, Customer Service can be contacted from the “Help” page, under “Let Us Help You” on the Amazon website or by calling 1-888-280-4331.

Why is my jar not filled to the top?
We fill our products by weight not volume. This means some jars may not appear filled to capacity, but we guarantee that the weight of each our products match the description.
What allergens do you have in your facility?
All of our products are packaged in a facility that processes dairy, soy, peanuts, and wheat products.
Who can buy the 25lb Bulk Products?
Anyone can purchase our 25lb bulk products. Simply click on the “bulk” tab option on the product page to add one to your cart.
How are your 25lb Bulk Products Packaged?
All of our bulk products are packaged in a 25lb sealed bag and shipped in a standard shipping box.
